My name is Brenda Payán, and I am thrilled that you're here.
This website is a creative way to present my public relations portfolio and past work experiences.
My professional PR journey began as Chief Media Designer and then Editor-in-Chief at the bilingual magazine, DÍG EN ESPAÑOL, where I got to share my passion for storytelling and community engagement.
Today, I am eager to embark on the next chapter of my career; whether it comes to PR, journalism, or social media.

Public Relations
I would love to work for a company that involves event management, crisis communication, creative innovation, (social) media content creation/ management, as well as any other responsibilities that involve creative and a personable set of skills.
Journalism
With my past experience in journalism, I appreciate how it has allowed me to become a part of the solution to the problems within my community. I would once again like to be connected with other companies and individuals who carry the same interest.
Entertainment
I have always had a special interest in music and film. My extensive knowledge in pop culture, celebrities, crisis communications, public relations, campaigns, the media as well as event and brand management make me a perfect fit for these type of industries.
