1st Place CCMA Best Magazine Inside Page/Spread Design (DÍG en Español)
Alongside two other team members from DÍG en Español, we won a 1st place Spread Design award at the ACP Conference in San Francisco.
Fall 2022- Spring 2023
Solutions Journalism Student Media Challenge Grant (DÍG en Español)
DIG en Español members (editorial advisor, solutions journalist, and editor-in-chief) met on a monthly basis with other award winners across the nation to talk about our solutions journalism based stories and how we can improve. Award winners were awarded a grant to complete said objective.

SPJ News Student Newsroom
I was granted complimentary access to the SPJ News Conference/#MediaFest22, as one of nine other student journalists across the nation to report on the event, taking place 27-30 of October, 2022.

JPR Award - DÍG en Español Member of the Year
Earned an award by the journalism department while in the position of Chief Media Designer. I helped with creative input, design, as well as making sure the magazine was published in time through multiple errors and technology mishaps, while also picking up slack wherever any student work fell through.
